If a 6 month bank statement can not be provided, 6 months of payslips must be submitted. For self-employed applicants, a Trade Registry Certificate must be submitted.
EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
A copy of a valid employment contract is required.
HOTEL RESERVATION
A hotel reservation must be provided. The name of the applicant must be mentioned.
FLIGHT / BUS TICKET RESERVATION
A round trip flight or bus ticket reservation must be provided. The flight number must be mentioned.
OTHER PROOF OF INCOME
In case you have other proof of income, you can add them to the application. For example vehicle registration document, rental revenues or ownership of real estate in Turkey etc.

In family applications it is required to add a copy the Marriage Certificate and Birth Certificates of the children.
For applicants under 18 years old and in case one of the parents is not traveling with the family, a notarially certified Consent letter from the not traveling parent is required.

If the parents are covering the costs, a sponsorship letter must be provided along with proof of their income. This can be shown through bank statements or payslips from the last 6 months, or a business license with proof of business activity.

SPORT VISA
PASSPORT AND RESIDENCE PERMIT
The passport and Residence Permit Card must be valid for at least 6 months at the intended date of travel. The passport must have at least 2 empty pages. A copy of the page which includes the photo of the passport owner and a copy of both sides of the residence permit card must be added to the application. Your passport will stay during the application process at the consulate. The application process may take up to 12 weeks.
BIOMETRIC PHOTOS
2 Biometric, not retouched photos (50mm x 60mm) with white background. It must be taken within the last 6 months and has the complete face clearly visible, without glasses or earrings, teeth not visible and no shadows on the face or background.
FLIGHT / BUS TICKET RESERVATION
A round trip flight or bus ticket reservation must be provided. The flight number must be mentioned.
INVITATION LETTER
An invitation letter must be submitted for the event to be attended in Türkiye.
MEMBERSHIP LETTER
The membership letter from the affiliated club must be included
BANK ACCOUNT STATEMENT
Bank account statements for the last 6 months must be added to the application. The bank account must have 50 Euros per person (adult) per intended travel day in Türkiye.
