General Visa Application (TOURISM/BUSINESS)

PASSPORT and RESIDENCE PERMIT

The passport and Residence Permit must be valid for at least 6 months after the expiration date of the requested visa. The passport must have at least 2 empty pages. A copy of the passport page with the photo, as well as the front and back of the residence permit card, must be brought.

1 BIOMETRIC PHOTO

1 Biometric, not retouched photo (35mm x 45mm) with white background. It must be taken within the last 6 months and the complete face must be clearly visible.

You can also take your biometric passport photos at VfT GmbH application center.

PAYSLIPS

Copy of pay slips for the last 3 months or the recent Jobcenter decision. The Jobcenter decision must be valid for at least a month after the intended return date from Turkey. If you own a business, you can alternatively present the business registration.

BANK ACCOUNT STATEMENT

Bank account statements for the last 3 months must be added to the application. The bank account must have at least 50 Euros per person per travel day. For example, a family with 2 children (4 people) applying for a visa for 10 days must have on their account 2.000 Euros at minimum.

OTHER PROOF OF INCOME

In case you have other proof of income, you can add them to the application. For example vehicle registration document, rental revenues or ownership of real estate in Turkey etc.

TRAVEL WITH SPOUSE OR CHILDREN

In family applications it is required to add a copy the Marriage Certificate and Birth Certificates of the children.

For children under 18, if one of the parents does not submit an application, either a notarized consent letter from the non applying parent must be provided or both parents must be present at the office to issue the consent letter on-site.

VISA FEES

You can pay the visa fees in cash or with an ec-card. Credit cards are not accepted. You can find the fees on our website www.visaft.com . An application costs in average 245 Euro per person.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Flight and hotel reservations are made at the office of VfT GmbH for 20 EUR.

For traveling by car, the vehicle registration and the green insurance card for Türkiye are required.

You will be asked to bring the flight tickets and hotel bookings after your visa approval.

The diplomatic mission has the right to request additional information and/or documents.

STUDY

Employment contract must be in Turkish, signed and stamped by the employer.
