PASSPORT AND RESIDENCE PERMIT

The original passport should be issued less than 10 years with a minimum validity of 6 months beyond the intended duration of stay in Turkish territory from date of arrival in Türkiye. The valid residence permit in Kuwait should be valid at least 3 months. The passport must have at least 2 empty pages. A copy of the page which includes the photo of the passport owner and a copy of both sides of the residence permit card must be added to the application.

BIOMETRIC PHOTOS

2 biometric, not retouched photos (35mm x 45mm) with white background. It must be taken within the last 6 months and has the complete face clearly visible, including ears and without smile. It is to be taken without headgear, hat/cap.

LETTER FROM EMPLOYER

Letter from local employer, stating qualification, salary and start date of employment attested by the company and signature proof of the company. It’s important to mention the issue and expiry date of the letter.

BANK ACCOUNT STATEMENT

Bank account statements for the last 3 months with sufficient funds to cover all travel expenses (stamped or signed by the bank officer) must be added to the application. Online bank statements are not acceptable.

OTHER PROOF OF INCOME

In case you have other proof of income, you can add them to the application. For example vehicle registration document, rental revenues or ownership of real estate in Turkey etc.

TRAVEL WITH SPOUSE OR CHILDREN

In family applications it is required to add a copy the Marriage Certificate and Birth Certificates of the children.

For applicants under 18 years old and in case one of the parents is not traveling with the family, a notarially certified Consent letter from the not traveling parent is required.

NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE (SUDANESE NATIONALS ONLY)

Applicants of Sudanese nationality must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their own embassy. If there is a family application, each family member must submit a separate NOC.

Visa-free travel to Türkiye is currently not possible for Syrian citizens, nor is it expected in the near future. Given the high travel volume during the summer months, we strongly recommend that you submit your visa applications without delay.

STUDY

Diplomas and certificates granted to the student in his/her country.

If he/she is still a student, Student Certificate and student ID card and transcript.

SPONSORSHIP LETTER

If the parents are covering the costs, a sponsorship letter must be provided along with proof of their income. This can be shown through bank statements or payslips from the last 6 months, or a business license with proof of business activity.

PARENTAL CONSENT LETTER

If the applicant is under 18, a notarized consent letter from both parents (even in case of divorce both of parents need to provide a notarized consent letter (containing their authorization to the person who will accompany the minor is required).
