General rules of Appointments;

  • You will not be able to edit/change the personal information such as the name after booked an appointment
  • You can rebook a new appointment using by the same mobile number, email or IP address after minumum 15 days.
  • You can book an appointment only with local telephone number of the country which you’re living in (for instance: you cannot book an appointment in Germany with a Turkish mobile number)
  • You cannot cancel or change the dates of your appointment yourself. You should contact us via our telephone number or send an email.
  • You should book an appointment with correct informations, if your full names and passport number is not same with your appointment's informations , your application will not be accepted.
