General Visa Application

General Application ( TOURISM/BUSINESS )

· Please note that you can only apply for a Turkish visa no more than 2 months before the planned trip
· Fingerprints must be given from the age of 12 - 65
· Passport (Original and Copy)
· Passport, at least valid for seven months after the intended date of departure, at least two blank pages available
· Biometric photo (without glasses) with white background, 6 months old at most (35mmx45mm)
· Residence registration certificate must be up-to-date or no more than 6 months old (Original and Kopie)
· Birth certificate
· Flight reservations and Hotel reservations (max 30 days)
· The registration form must be current or no more than 6 months old (Original and Copy)
· Financial supporting documents: Bank statement (Payslip - Last 3M, AMS-Notice, Social Welfare Notice, Original and COPY) (with at least traffic of last three months) and statement from the employer or company that the applicant works for (it must include applicant’s name and surname, passport number, role and salary) or proof of ownership of a company from public notary
· Last 6 month's bank statement has to be presented

· If applied with spouse and kids, marriage certificate and it’s copy (If one of the spouses is not applying, notarized consent of the spouse who is not applying for a visa is required for the application of minors-children under 18 years old. Notarized consent of the spouse who is not traveling together must include travel, visa application, residence application and immigration application rights)
Below are supplying documents that may improve the condition of your visa application:
· If the applicant has been abroad before, copies of the relevant pages from old and new passport
· Ownership of property in Türkiye, if any
· Invitation from Türkiye, if any (in case of invitation, make sure that the letter includes the inviting person's TR Identity/Citizenship Number, detailed personal identification, the list of invitees, permanent addresses, contact numbers, length and purpose of stay and inviting person's affinity with the applicant. If the inviting side is an organization or a company, tax registration certificate of the organization will be required, the inviting organization/authority is required to provide assurances for covering food and accommodation expenses. The applicant is required to have sufficient and/or regular remunerations.)

· Confirmation from the sending company that the person concerned will work on behalf of the company in Türkiye and also contains the data about the assignment,
· Invitation and posting should be designed for multiple entries, should match in form and content, and should be limited to one year

· School acceptance letter and diploma
· The registration form must be current or no more than 6 months old (Original and Copy)

INVITATION FROM A HOSPITAL

For medical treatment you must first visit one of the following websites before coming to your appointment. On the website you will be able to get a barcode which shows that your invitation is a genuine one. If you do not follow these steps, your application can’t be categorized as a medical visa application but only touristic.
