GENERAL VISA APPLICATION (TOURISM/BUSINESS)

PASSPORT AND RESIDENCE PERMIT

The passport and Residence Permit must be valid for at least 6 months after the expiration date of the requested visa. The passport must have at least 2 empty pages. A copy of the page which includes the photo of the passport owner and a copy of both sides of the residence permit card must be added to the application. The Passport number must be also on the ID card, when it is not there then we need a (Vorläufige Bescheinigung) from the Ausländerbehörde. Your Passport will stay at the Consulate during the process time.

BIOMETRIC PHOTO

1 Biometric, not retouched photo (35mm x 45mm) with white background. It must be taken within the last 6 months and has the complete face clearly visible.

FLIGHT AND HOTEL RESERVATIONS

It is required to have flight and hotel reservations for the entire intended travel period. Both reservations must have the same travel dates. Fake documents will not be accepted.

Travelers by car must add a copy of the vehicle registration and the green insurance card of the car

It is not required to buy flight tickets or book paid hotel rooms. We are not responsible for the rejected applications or those which may take a longer processing time.

PAYSLIPS

Pay slips of the last 3 months or the recent Jobcenter decision. The Jobcenter decision must be valid for at least a month after the intended return date from Turkey.

BANK ACCOUNT STATEMENT

ِA recent bank account statement. In case the monthly income is not enough to cover the trip costs, the account must have at least 750€.

OTHER PROOF OF INCOME

In case you have other proof of income, you can add them to the application. For example vehicle registration document, rental revenues or ownership of real estate in Turkey etc..

TRAVEL WITH SPOUSE OR CHILDREN

In family applications it is required to add a copy the Marriage Certificate and Birth Certificates of the children.

For applicants under 18 years old and in case one of the parents is not traveling with the family, a notarially certified Consent letter from the not traveling parent is required.

During the application, both parents must be physically present at our application offices because both parents need to sign on behalf of children under 18 years old. This requirement remains valid even if the parents have terminated their marriage. However, if one of the divorced parents is not present at the office during the application and the other parent is traveling with the children, the traveling parent must present an official court order and/or document proving that they have custody of the children during the application process. Otherwise, the application cannot be completed.

STUDY

CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL/REGISTERATION

The certificate of approval/registration from the University in Turkey is required.

CERTIFICATE OF ENROLLMENT

In case it is an exchange program the Enrollment Certificate from your university in Germany is required.

PARENTAL PERMISSION

For minors it is required to bring a notarially or officially certified permission for the travel.

FINACIAL EVIDENCES

There must be at least 800 EUROS for the the living costs proved for example via BAföG decision or a scolarship. In case the parents are overtaking the costs it is required to bring proof of income of the parents.

EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

Employment contract must be in Turkish, signed and stamped by the employer.

A qualification certificate (from university, IHK etc.) must be presented.

CRIMINAL RECORD CERTIFICATE

A recent criminal record certificate must be presented.

An invitation letter or appointment confirmation from a hospital or a clinic in Turkey. It must be signed and stamped.
