PASSPORT AND RESIDENCE PERMIT

The passport and Residence Permit must be valid for at least 6 months at the intended date of travel. The passport must have at least 2 empty pages. A copy of the page which includes the photo of the passport owner and a copy of both sides of the residence permit card must be added to the application

BIOMETRIC PHOTOS

1 Biometric, not retouched photo (35mm x 45mm) with white background. It must be taken within the last 6 months and has the complete face clearly visible.

FLIGHT AND HOTEL RESERVATIONS

It is required to have flight and hotel reservations for the entire intended travel period. Both reservations must have the same travel dates. Travel date must be at least 3 weeks after your appointment at our office. Fake documents will not be accepted.

Travelers by car must add a copy of the vehicle registration and the green insurance card of the car

It is not required to buy flight tickets or book paid hotel rooms. We are not responsible for the rejected applications or those which may take a longer processing time.

PAYSLIPS

Pay slips of the last 3 months or the recent Jobcenter decision. The Jobcenter decision must be valid for at least a month after the intended return date from Turkey. If you own a business your Business License and Business Activity Statement (Gewerbeschein and BWA) stamped and signed.

BANK ACCOUNT STATEMENT

Bank account statements for the last 3 months must be added to the application. The bank account must have 50 Euros per person (adult) per intended travel day in Turkey.

OTHER PROOF OF INCOME

In case you have other proof of income, you can add them to the application. For example vehicle registration document, rental revenues or ownership of real estate in Turkey etc.

TRAVEL WITH SPOUSE OR CHILDREN

In family applications it is required to add a copy the Marriage Certificate and Birth Certificates of the children.

For applicants under 18 years old and in case one of the parents is not traveling with the family, a notarially certified Consent letter from the not traveling parent is required.

VISA FEES

You can pay the visa fees in cash or with an ec-card. Credit cards are not accepted. You can find the fees on our website www.visaft.com. An application costs in average 185 Euro per person.

STUDY

CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL/REGISTERATION

The certificate of approval/registration from the University in Turkey is required.

CERTIFICATE OF ENROLLMENT

In case it is an exchange program the Enrollment Certificate from your university in Germany is required.

PARENTAL PERMISSION

For minors it is required to bring a notarially or officially certified permission for the travel.

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation confirmation or the precontract or the correspondace about the apartment/room/dormitory you will be staying at. You will be asked to bring the confirmation when/if your visa approved

FINANCIAL EVIDENCE

There must be at least 800 EUROS for the the living costs proved for example via BAföG decision or a scolarship. In case the parents are overtaking the costs it is required to bring proof of income of the parents.

EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

Employment contract must be in Turkish, signed and stamped by the employer.

CRIMINAL RECORD CERTIFICATE

A recent criminal record certificate or proof of application with your confirmation to submit it upon its arrival.

TRAVEL WITH SPOUSE OR CHILDREN

In family applications it is required to add a copy the Marriage Certificate and Birth Certificates of the children. Birth certificates of minors must be certified by the consulate of your country of origin in Germany.

INVITATION FROM A HOSPITAL

An invitation letter or appointment confirmation from a hospital or a clinic in Turkey. It must be signed and stamped.

INVITATION LETTER FROM A COMPANY IN TURKEY

The invitation letter must refer to the location, date, duration and type of work. It must be signed and stamped

LETTER OF POSTING

Confirmation of the sending company declaring the costs coverage. It must be signed and stamped.

CRIMINAL RECORD CERTIFICATE (if existing)

A recent criminal record certificate in case you have one.
